Terms and Conditions

These terms come into effect as soon as you play your first game on CleoWin.

I. Player Obligations
1.1. You confirm and agree that:

– You participate solely for recreational purposes.
– You are responsible for any tax obligations on your winnings.
– Deposited cryptocurrency is legally yours and free from illegal sources.
– You understand that losses are possible when playing.
– Cryptocurrency on our site is treated as virtual funds without legal tender.
– Fraudulent deposits (double-spends or delayed confirmations) will result in account suspension and the voiding of associated play.
– You only use cryptocurrency that is valid and legally yours for deposits and withdrawals.

II. Member Account
2.1. Registration

– You must create an account to place bets.
– A valid email is required; without it, password recovery is not possible.
– You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
– CleoWin reserves the right to close accounts but will honor existing obligations.
– CleoWin may void bets due to errors or technical issues.
– Abusing free features (e.g., winning with free spins then depositing to withdraw) is prohibited.

2.2. Deposits

– Deposit funds only from your personal wallets to the specified address.
– Deposits not verified by the Blockchain in a reasonable time will be considered fraudulent.
– Playing with unconfirmed funds is a courtesy; CleoWin reserves all winnings until confirmed.
– For higher deposits, CleoWin may require identity verification.
– Mistakenly credited funds remain CleoWin’s property and must be returned.
– CleoWin reserves the right to verify player identities before processing payouts.

III. Prohibited Activities

– Using VPNs or proxy software to mask your location is strictly prohibited.
– Use of software-assisted methods (bots, scripts, etc.) is forbidden.
– Excessive use of free features or creating multiple accounts to abuse them is prohibited.
– CleoWin is not an exchange service; attempts to use it as such will lead to suspension.
– Self-referral or creating multiple accounts for referrals is strictly prohibited.
– Use of disposable or temporary email addresses is not allowed.
– Inactivity
– Accounts inactive for over 52 weeks may be deactivated or suspended.
